**JOB SUMMARY** **:**


This position, Senior Project Coordinator – Engineering, will support Georgia Power and SOCO by coordinating, guiding and reviewing various activities associated with all aspects of pole attachment requests, pole replacements, pole removals and other aspects related to Power Delivery design, construction and maintenance throughout Georgia. The person selected for this position will be fully involved with the permitting, design, engineering and construction processes for pole attachment projects with other Company departments, communication companies, EMC and City electric systems, as well as local, state and federal governments. This position will focus on engineering and design of related work, discussions with customers to mutually reach most effective designs and coordinate closely with the team members involved with construction coordination and oversight of crews.
