Senior project coordinator / Engineer - Tier one National leader 

Design and Build are exclusively partnered with an Australian building leader to source a senior project coordinator for a $400m CBD commercial tower. 

Our client have a pipeline of work stretching to 2025, spanning apartments, hospitals, aged care, commercial, education and defence. 

Throughout a career with this builder, you can gain exposure to any of the above sectors and not be pigeon holed in to one sector. 

You will also have a structured career plan to get you to the role on PM upon completion of of during this project. 

Responsibilities 

Plan and coordinate design changes with client architects and subcontractors. 

Manage the program / scope of works/ update financials 

Supervise / advise subcontractors

Coordinate materials/suppliers and hire equipment
