Anderselite is currently working with a leading consultancy in the residential sector to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician for their Planning Department. This role is ideal for an experienced technician seeking to take a step up in responsibility, with the potential to move into a project leadership position. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality planning application packages and technical design support.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare all necessary drawings and documentation for planning application submissions.- Co-ordinate and integrate consultant information.- Amend planning packs in line with feedback from authorities.- Design layouts for residential house types and flat blocks (floor plans, elevations).- Develop planning layouts, road infrastructure, and landscape plans.- Create street scenes and visual presentation materials (coloured plans, 3D views).- Draft Design & Access Statements, Planning Stateme...
