HCRC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee complex programs, serve as the primary liaison with Contracting Officers (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR), and ensure successful project execution across multiple functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of delivering enterprise solutions from concept to deployment.
