onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Business Process Development Manager (Semiconductor Industry Centric) to lead the implementation of onsemi technologies and business process strategies. The selected individual will be part of the Integrated Circuits (IC) Technology Development Group and responsible for improving and optimizing business processes, with a focus on technology, to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance. The role will largely be centered around technology transfers, technology development, Program Management and business process improvements for New Product/Technology Introduction.
