The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional programs that deliver and enhance myZoi's product ecosystem. Reporting into the Enterprise PMO, the role translates strategic, product, and regulatory objectives into structured programs comprising multiple interdependent projects.

The role requires strong understanding of end‑to‑end fintech product delivery, customer journeys, regulatory constraints, and operational impacts, combined with disciplined governance and execution.
