The talent pool project director is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale airport and infrastructure programs across the Middle East, ensuring alignment with client requirements, contractual obligations, and international standards. Oversees all PMC functions including planning, design coordination, budgeting, risk, and resource management to achieve timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes. Provides strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team direction, driving performance, compliance, and successful delivery in complex, high-pressure environments.
