We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant specializing in the Time and Labor module to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of our Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
This role will focus on functional configuration, business process alignment, and production support of the OTL module, Absence module, and payroll reports and integrations to meet the needs of the business and drive operational excellence.
