Location: Lincoln (Outskirts)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday 8:00am–1:00pm

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a well-established engineering and fabrication business seeking a Senior Production / Workshop Engineer to join their team.

This is a hands-on, practical role focused on supporting workshop operations, improving job flow, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through to manufacture.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in reducing pressure on the senior engineer by taking ownership of day-to-day production coordination and workshop activities.
