Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products
- Position Title: Senior Production Supervisor / Production Supervisor
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 8.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities - Run the factory when the Factory Manager is away.
- Lead and support Production Supervisors and Line Leaders; drive performance and accountability.
- Plan and manage 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and public holidays.
- Ensure effective training and coaching for new Operators and Line Leaders.
- Meet daily production volume and efficiency targets.
- Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, and safety.
- Make sure teams follow all work instructions, equipment rules, and quality standards.
