**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**
Directs, plans and coordinates plant operation, maintenance, planning/scheduling, stores and staffing to meet site production needs. Manages day-to-day plant operations and maintenance planning and execution, champions employee and contractor safety programs, drives continuous improvement in plant operations and maintenance and actively participates in budget development and the effective management of allocated financial resources.
