Senior Production Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing‑focused engineer responsible for optimising site operations, driving best‑practice precast manufacturing processes, and ensuring safe, efficient, high‑quality production.

You will lead technical support, process improvement and project delivery while improving productivity, cost, quality and delivery performance; and promote a positive Health and Safety culture. Duties include:

• Promote and maintain a strong safety‑first culture across the site.
• Interpret shop drawings and manufacturing standards (NZS3101, NZS3109, NZS4058).
• Develop and maintain SOPs for safe and accurate precast manufacture.
• Provide technical direction to the team for reinforcement, moulds, penetrations, pours, curing, lifting and finishing.
• Use CAD to review/edit drawings and support manufacturing accuracy.
