Senior Production Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Manufacturing‑focused engineer responsible for optimising site operations, driving best‑practice precast manufacturing processes, and ensuring safe, efficient, high quality production. You will be responsible for leading technical support, process improvement and project delivery while improving productivity, cost, quality and delivery performance. You will also promote a positive Health & Safety culture. Your duties will include:

• Promote and maintain a strong safety‑first culture across the site
• Interpret shop drawings and manufacturing standards (NZS, NZS, NZS)
• Develop and maintain SOPs for safe and accurate precast manufacture
• Provide technical direction to the team for reinforcement, moulds, penetrations, pours, curing, lifting and finishing
