Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead and drive operational planning and execution to optimize manufacturing performance
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure alignment with production targets and business objectives
- Provide technical leadership to the production team, including troubleshooting and process optimization
- Mentor and support frontline operators and supervisors to build capability and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, reliability, and HSE teams to resolve operational challenges
- Develop, review, and continuously improve operating procedures and plant processes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, risk assessments, and safe work practices
