Responsibilities

Define and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications for EMS workflows.Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Account Management, Support, and Development to continuously improve EMS capabilities.Gather feedback from internal users, clients, and prospects to develop and prioritize relevant business use cases.Contribute to the creation and execution of test plans for pre-release software.Serve as a frontline resource for product support, addressing bugs, inquiries, and training internal teams.Communicate development roadmaps, feature timelines, and project status to stakeholders.Maintain ownership of assigned release items and feature sets across the product lifecycle.Manage and maintain internal product documentation and knowledge resources.Required Qualifications:
