Overview

As the Senior Product Owner for Onboarding, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, vision, and execution of our customer onboarding product. You will lead cross‑functional teams to design, build, and optimize a frictionless, secure, and delightful onboarding journey for customers—from initial sign‑up to full account activation. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the onboarding process. Ensure alignment with the overall business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap for onboarding features, including timeline management, prioritization, and cross‑functional coordination.
