About the job

The (Senior) Product Manager is responsible for all marketing aspects of the vaccine portfolio in Hong Kong, driving brand strategy, market leadership, and commercial performance. The PM works cross-functionally to build and execute high-impact strategies that optimize Sanofi's market position and improve public health outcomes through innovative, patient-centric marketing.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Brand Management

Develop and execute marketing plans to optimize brand value across the vaccine portfolio; build market leadership positions, conduct competitive intelligence, and drive innovative approaches to expand vaccination coverage and grow patient numbers on Sanofi products

Stakeholder Engagement & KOL Management

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders in vaccines and pediatrics; engage healthcare policy makers and medical associations to shape the vaccination landscape and reinforce ...
