Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding for SMEs
- Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies, reducing activation TAT etc.
- Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional dependencies (pending docs, info.)
- Manage the stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog etc.
- Work with Operations / compliance to process case and reduce backlogs
- Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives
- Manage a team of Virtual relationship managers in KLI to achieve results
