Responsibilities

• Customer Needs: Conduct research and analysis to develop a profound understanding of customer needs, pain points, and potential opportunities.
• Market Trends/ Vendor Landscape: Have expert knowledge of different vendor products, which are the leaders, and what they offer. Understand the key industry trends.
• Ideation: Develop ideas/opportunities to improve the product through systematic client research, ideation workshops, etc.
• Feature Evaluation & Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize ideas – leveraging a scientific, data, and evidence-driven approach (e.g., simple experiments, low fidelity mockups).
