Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead a Power Tool Accessory Portfolio by developing product and market strategies to drive global growth and profitability
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including short and long-term P&L management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and finance to drive new product development
- Partner with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch programs and marketing strategies
- Conduct end-user and competitive market research to define and deliver industry-leading products
- Develop and implement marketing collateral, advertising materials, and web content to promote the portfolio
- Execute comprehensive strategic plans for retail and industrial product portfolios
