About Phorest: Phorest Salon Software powers over 11,000 hair and beauty salons across multiple markets and processes millions of appointments and communications monthly. Our system includes in-salon software, Phorest Go, online bookings, and white-label native apps. This role is part of a new Communications team focused on the performance and expansion of our customer communications channels.

What You’ll Do

• Ownership & Accountability – Take full ownership of initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-launch impact tracking. Define product direction, roadmaps, and key bets. Ensure outcomes such as ROI, ARR, adoption, and customer outcomes are achieved. Proactively communicate risks and performance. Align dependencies with other teams.
