About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own product development for Neo’s HNI wealth management business.

This role is for someone who can go deep into ambiguous problems, break them into clear product requirements, work closely with engineering and design, and drive execution from idea to adoption.

The ideal candidate has built 0→1 products, worked on products at scale, is strong in user behavior and UX thinking, understands technical trade-offs, and is hands-on with AI tools and automation.
