**Position Purpose:**

The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for assessing market needs and inspiring cross-functional product teams to find the fastest way to achieve value around those needs, specifically within our Specialty Selling initiatives. The role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales, improve associate efficiency in complex selling processes, and elevate customer satisfaction through the production of seamless omnichannel products and design tools. Within the Specialty Selling enterprise product line, Sr. Product Managers work closely with teams of developers, designers, and business partners to bridge the gap between digital and in-store customer journeys.
