Position Overview
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding for SMEβs
Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies, reducing activation TAT etc.
Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional for customer dependencies (pending docs, info.)
Manage the stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog etc.
Work with Operations / compliance to process case and reduce backlogs
Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives
Manage a team of Virtual relationship managers in KLI to achieve results
