The Senior Product Designer will own product design end to end, from problem definition through to shipped and iterated product, across RAMPP trading desk platforms. This means staying involved through launch and iteration, not simply stopping at handoff.
The designer will clarify intent, draft design briefs, surface edge cases, and align quickly with business and engineering counterparts before committing significant design effort—leveraging AI‑assisted tools such as Copilot or Claude where they add speed or clarity. Self‑serve validation is a core expectation: the designer will engage directly with trading desk users and operations staff, run lightweight usability tests, and feed findings back into design direction rapidly, treating research as a velocity tool rather than a gate.
