Senior Content Designer – Epicor

Epicor’s products manage manufacturing runs, warehouse operations, supply chain logistics, and retail workflows. The people using them are skilled operators, not casual consumers. Every label, message, tooltip, error state, and onboarding prompt either builds trust or erodes it. Content is not decoration; it is interface. As a Senior Content Designer, you own the words that shape how people experience Epicor’s products. You define voice, terminology, content patterns, and writing standards across product surfaces, including AI‑driven experiences where the system speaks on behalf of the software. You work at the intersection of UX, product strategy, and engineering, ensuring the language layer is as considered as the visual layer.
