The Senior Product Analyst will collaborate closely with the Product Management team to support the ongoing development, enhancement, and management of a portfolio of commercial products while advancing new business opportunities. They are responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. With a deep understanding of the target customer and market, the analyst collaborates with cross‑functional teams to identify requirements, define product features, and prioritize development to deliver the product roadmap as defined by the Product Manager. The analyst also conducts market research, customer research, user research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to inform product strategy and decision‑making, and supports day‑to‑day product management activities, defines user stories, and assists with product launches and iterations.
