Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent supply and optimal pricing. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms as well as review and draft procurement contracts to protect risk to the company Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiations. Analyze market trends and conditions to identify risks and opportunities for the business. Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies. Manage stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
