Senior Procurement Business Partner - Occupational Health at Medigold Health

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Location: Hybrid to Northampton, NN4 7BF. Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum.

As a Senior Procurement Business Partner, you’ll take a leading role in shaping and delivering strategic procurement across the organisation. You’ll lead on sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and complex contract negotiations to ensure value for money, compliance, and commercial effectiveness. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, align procurement activity with wider business goals, use data and market insight to inform decisions, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
