Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Processor obtains and prepares loan documents, credit documents, appraisals, etc., to complete loan files. Maintains and updates records and files for processing of each loan; verifies for accuracy and completeness; performs data entry. May prepare credit reports and/or purchase contracts.

Essential Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:


+ Carry pipeline 25-45 loans.

+ Review new files within 24-48 hours.

+ Close every loan on Time.

+ Order all verifications, appraisals, title work, FHA case numbers.

+ Develop and maintain knowledge and comply with company policy and secondary market requirements pertaining to credit/security standards and regulatory requirements relative to conventional, government and self-employed loans requirements.
