Purpose Statement
The Senior Process Excellence Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of regional business process harmonization for assigned processes across APAC Supply Chain. This role leads process design, alignment, and governance execution, ensuring standardized, scalable processes that support regional objectives and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end business processes for assigned scope, driving regional alignment and harmonization across countries.Lead as-is and to-be process design, including definition of standard processes, allowable deviations, and decision rationale.Govern process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and RACI models, ensuring consistency and quality.Lead cross-country process workshops to drive alignment, resolve differences, and achieve business consensus.Evaluate and challenge country-specific deviat...
