Job Responsibilities
Lead and monitor production processes to ensure operational efficiency and product quality
Analyze process performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
Review and maintain Production Work Instructions (WI) and process documentation
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and vendors to resolve process and equipment issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs
Conduct process trials, technical evaluations, and engineering studies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, ISO standards, and housekeeping practices
Provide technical guidance and training to Process Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians
Support plant expansion projects, shutdown maintenance activities, and process-related improvements
Requirements
