Job Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor production processes to ensure operational efficiency and product quality
• Analyze process performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Review and maintain Production Work Instructions (WI) and process documentation
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and vendors to resolve process and equipment issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs
• Conduct process trials, technical evaluations, and engineering studies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, ISO standards, and housekeeping practices
• Provide technical guidance and training to Process Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians
• Support plant expansion projects, shutdown maintenance activities, and process-related improvements
