Role Summary

You are responsible to develop and execute test systems, test analysis, process improvement, program development, and hardware debugging.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Program Development: Creating and maintaining parametric test programs for semiconductor devices quality check on semi‑auto testing platform.
• Test Execution: Running tests on devices to verify characteristic performance and reliability. Analyzing test results to identify test issues, troubleshooting and optimizing test processes.
