**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco is seeking a **Senior Principal Integration Analyst** to join our Suffolk, VA team in support the Joint Staff J7, Joint Training and Exercises, in assessing the integration of emerging concepts across the Joint Force to inform concept development and to enhance the operational effectiveness of the current and future Joint Force. The selected candidate will provide observation, training, and feedback, focused at the operational and strategic levels, to Joint Force Commanders and their staffs during joint and multi-national training activities, exercises, and staff assist visits (SAVs). The observation, assessment, and feedback will involve the integration of emerging concepts aimed at ensuring the Joint Force is able to deter malign activity, respond to crises, and set conditions to prevail in conflict.
