Position Overview
Responsibilities - Participate in weekly/monthly curriculum development and lesson planning
- Design, oversee, and deliver classroom programs aligned with the Centerβs educational framework and policies
- Support the Principal in managing parent communications and feedback
- Demonstrate professional teaching standards and model positive pedagogical approaches for colleagues
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of institutional protocols and educational resources
- Mentor new educators in classroom management and teaching strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Foster strong parent partnerships through regular communication and participation in family engagement initiatives
