Posting Type Hybrid. As a Senior Pre‑Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing clients and prospects with exceptional Relativity experience. Based in the UK, this role will be crucial to the success and growth of the EMEA team, the wider Sales Engineering team and Relativity as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Play an essential role in Relativity’s efforts to acquire and grow accounts through technical sales consulting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings with account executives and prospects.
- Identify customer business needs and help define solutions to address them.
- Design, assist, and/or lead presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage complex opportunities, including running customer “deep dive” sessions to cover key product functionality and address prospect questions and issues.
