**Responsibilities**

+ The qualified individual will lead a Civil Works team while building and managing relationships with key Federal clients
+ Leadership responsibilities include:
+ Manage, lead, and deliver large USACE Civil Works projects and programs including water resource projects and flood mitigation programs.
+ Operating with integrity and sound business principals
+ Providing vision, business planning and strategy
+ Establishing goals
+ Building and maintaining positive client relationships
+ Having open communication with your partners and team
+ Growing and leading a land development practice
