Senior PPC Manager (Martial Arts & Boxing Division) – Location: Sialkot

Penna Overseas Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced PPC Manager to strengthen our production planning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the cutting and stitching process for martial arts & boxing garments
• Ensure timely departmental coordination and production scheduling
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines
• Lead and guide the PPC team for operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with internal teams for smooth workflow
• Handle follow-ups on materials, labor, and machine availability

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
