The system must sense real‑time changes caused by operator movement, materials, and conditions, then instantly adjust voltage and current to maintain stability. It’s closed‑loop, high‑frequency (>20 kHz) power control using advanced switching technologies (SiC now, GaN on the roadmap), with full ownership from concept through production.
