As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for product life cycle management and maintaining the strength of the portfolio.

In this Michigan-based role, you will be required to travel up to 40% to both domestic and international destinations.

**Portfolio Strategy & New Product Development**

+ Lead portfolio strategy and product lifecycle management, including new product development, launch planning, delivery cycles, and obsolescence planning.
+ Develop product strategies and attributes that drive desired customer behaviors such as trial, upgrade, loyalty, conversion, and consistent use.
+ Identify sources of growth, evaluate market opportunities, define strategic focus areas, and forecast volume potential across target segments.
+ Partner with supply chain and operations teams to execute lifecycle plans and understand manufacturing capabilities.
