The Sr Product Manager - Tech (PM-T) will be at the forefront of defining requirements and building systems related to customer onboarding, order management, broadband service provisioning and satellite terminal device and network management across enterprise, small business and residential customers as applicable to the segment's needs.
This PM-T will be the single threaded owner (STO) for defining and developing the E2E customer experience lifecycle from learning about the product offerings and capabilities, purchase, setup and management and support.
