Position Overview
Profile:- Proven experience in a PMO or project support role within a complex, large-scale programme environment;
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with excellent reporting capabilities;
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset;
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels;
- Fluency in English. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards;
- Support the organisation of governance forums – preparing documentation, taking minutes, and tracking actions;
- Collate and analyse data to support high-quality reporting to stakeholders and programme leadership;
- Assist in managing resource allocation and financial tracking across the programme;
