Job Purpose Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology Services, the Senior Platform Engineer supports, maintains, and improves our hybrid enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role requires advanced expertise in Windows Server, Linux (Red Hill preferred), networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure security.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, maintain, and improve the reliability of enterprise infrastructure across on-premises (datacenters and offices) and cloud environments.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems, with preference for Red Hill Enterprise Linux.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues across systems, networking, virtualization, identity, and cloud platforms.
