**JOB SUMMARY (Primary purpose of the position.)**

**The HCA India Systems Engineer will be responsible for the troubleshooting of Intune-managed devices for HCA India. Responsibilities include but are not limited to deployment and support of Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android-based devices and their primary components like the Operating System, Applications, Configuration, and Compliance management.**

**The engineer will serve as a liaison between US and India based ITG teams as well as providing escalation for Endpoint issues. A time shift will be necessary to align with the HCA India schedule.**
