CPG Exec is conducting a confidential search for a high-impact Senior Operations Manager (Sr. Plant Manager) on behalf of a growing Canadian food manufacturing company.

This is a senior leadership role for an operator who has built and scaled things — not just managed them.

The Company:

Our client is a growth-stage Canadian food manufacturer with multi‑site operations. They are in active expansion mode — commissioning new production lines and executing brownfield capacity upgrades — and require a seasoned operational leader to anchor and scale their manufacturing organization through this next chapter.

People and Labour Management - being 'hands‑on' out on the production floor is still a key requirement. Coaching, training and mentoring a workforce to implement more structure, processes, and efficiencies.
