a Planning Advisor to join our team supporting the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) region. Based in Leverkusen, Germany (hybrid working model), this role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and working in an international environment.You will play a key role in resource planning, coordinating customer activities, and ensuring efficient service delivery across the region.
Plan and coordinate customer visits and activities, ensuring optimal use of assessors and resources
Manage scheduling in line with business SLAs, utilisation targets, and accreditation requirements
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries promptly
Coordinate activities for key and large accounts, ensuring customer expectations are met
