Key duties include conducting site surveys, preparing manpower and equipment planning, and formulating construction methodologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third parties to gather schedules, perform constructability studies, and lead project performance analysis using tools like earned value management and critical path analysis. Prepares reporting tools such as Gantt charts, maintains schedule updates, coordinates progress tracking, and supports multiple projects to ensure timely, cost‑effective execution.
