Develop and manage detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects, from tender through execution. Key duties include conducting site surveys, preparing manpower and equipment planning, formulating construction methodologies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and third parties to gather schedules, performing constructability studies, and leading project performance analysis using tools such as earned value management and critical path analysis. Prepare reporting tools (e.g., Gantt charts), maintain schedule updates, coordinate progress tracking, and support multiple projects to ensure timely, cost‑effective execution.
