We are a healthcare organisation seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient‑centred care across a range of clinical settings, working closely with multidisciplinary professionals to optimise functional outcomes for clients.
What You'll Do: Clinical Assessment & Intervention
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments addressing mobility, balance, strength, range of motion, and cardiopulmonary endurance
- Deliver evidence‑based interventions including mobility and balance retraining, therapeutic exercise programmes, and functional rehabilitation
- Regularly monitor, review, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and rehabilitation goals
- Provide guidance on the safe and appropriate use of assistive devices such as walking aids
